One of Aspen’s favorite chefs, Martin Oswald, formerly of the beloved Pyramid Bistro, joins us to discuss how one can manage stress when cooking and plating 30,000 plates over 3 days. What simple techniques can you use in everyday life to manage the stress in your own kitchen? 

Chef Oswald will also discuss how to prevent and reverse heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, and reach a healthy weight through a nutritarian lifestyle.
